Customization

CELITECH lets you customize how your eSIMs and their emails appear to your end users: the carrier name shown on-device, the look of the delivery email, and the QR code's colors.

Network Brand and Email Configuration are available on the Platinum and Diamond tiers, and can only be changed by an account admin. QR Code appearance is available on the same tiers, but changing it isn't self-service — see QR Code below.

Network Brand​

The network brand is the carrier name your users see in their device's status bar once the eSIM is installed.

  • Up to 15 characters.
  • Only letters, numbers, dots (.), ampersands (&), and spaces are allowed.
  • Leave it empty to fall back to the local carrier name.
  • Diamond tier can also override the network brand per purchase, through the API.

Email Configuration​

Customize the branding on the eSIM delivery email your users receive: brand name, colors, and default language.

  • Email Brand: up to 25 characters, letters, numbers, and spaces only. Required.
  • Primary Color: hex (#RRGGBB), used for the email header and footer.
  • Secondary Color: hex (#RRGGBB), used for the accent band, buttons, and links.
  • Language: sets the default copy for the delivery email — English, Spanish, French, German, or Portuguese (Brazil).
  • The dashboard shows a live preview of the delivery email as you edit.
  • Diamond tier can also override the email brand per purchase, through the API.

QR Code​

The dashboard shows the light and dark colors currently used for your eSIM QR codes, but this field is read-only — even on Platinum and Diamond tiers, you can't edit it directly from the dashboard.
